The aim of the course of physical education is understanding and adopting of the basic and practical knowledge of kinesiology that students need to improve and maintain personal health and healthy environment. The near-term goal of the class targets development of positive approach to the overall physical and psychological wellbeing of a young adult. Furthermore, the long-term goal is manifested in building of healthy, high-quality and creative lifestyle through thoughtful and fulfilling free-time activities that contribute to obtaining positive habits of regular physical activities.
