REGULATING STUDENT STATUS

All issues related to the regulation of Student Status and the submission of applications to the Department of Geology are carried out through the Students Office of the Department of Geology. The Office is located in the building of the Department of Chemistry.

Electronic versions of all required forms can be found below.

Please fill in the forms electronically, and be sure to sign them yourself. Signed forms (if necessary with additional attachments, like payment receipts, documentation related to the regulation of student status, etc.) must be submitted to the Office in person.

In exceptional situations, a signed application with supporting documentation can be submitted by e-mail. In that case, please contact the Office by phone in advance.
