• APPLICATION OF RESEARCH – Principal investigator or co-author in over 50 studies (contracts with industry) dealing with estimation of the seismic hazard. Author of the official Croatian Seismic Hazard Map (adopted in Eurocode-8 National Annex), author of a number of computer programs and algorithms for estimation of local soil amplification, that were applied in e.g. microzonations of Ston and Zagreb. Author of computer programs routinely used at the Department of Geophysics (and elsewhere) for seismogram analyses (with N. Orlić), location of earthquakes, mapping and visualisation of seismicity, inversion of focal mechanisms, determination of dynamical parameters of buildings, HVSR analyses, hazard estimation by Monte-Carlo methods, catalogue completeness analyses, etc.
