Registration is now open.

The registration fee for the virtual Colloqium includes:

• Final programme and abstract book in PDF
• Access to all scientific sessions and live discussions
• Opportunity for interaction, networking and/or private discussion in the virtual space (in an easy-to-use virtual conferencing system such as Spatial Chat, Gather or similar).  
• Certificate of Attendance (both in pdf and in printed form sent by post)

The registration is open only to participants with the accepted abstract.

Deadline for registration and payment of the Colloqium fee is July 1, 2021.
 

IMPORTANT:
The presenting author must register and pay the registration fee in order to be included in Book of Abstracts and to receive Certificate of Attendance.

Co-authors are welcome to register and participate in the virtual conference BUT they do not pay the fee.

In other words, only one fee per presentation is neccessary.

HOW TO REGISTER and PAY THE FEE?
 

1. Please fill in the online Registration form no later then July 1, 2021.

You will be asked to choose oral or poster presentation.

• Oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes. They will be delivered via  ZOOM.
   
• Poster presentation is limited to 10 minutes. In addition,  posters will be visible to all participants on the day of poster presentation. Poster presentations will be given in an easy-to-use virtual conferencing system such as Spatial Chat, Gather or similar. 

All participants regardless of the type of presentation (oral or poster) will have access to the mentioned virtual conference system.   

2.  Please pay the registration fee no later then July 1, 2021.

The final inovice will be sent to you by e-mail and regular post after the Colloquium.
